Manoj Jaiswal is a Partner at Premji Invest (PI), leading the firm’s Industrials and Buyout Strategy and serves on the Boards of multiple portfolio companies. He heads PI’s efforts to support passionate founders and outstanding management teams leading India’s surge in the manufacturing sector with capital and strategic support. At Premji Invest, Manoj has led critical cross cultural business negotiations for investments close to $4 billion across companies and industries in India and the US.
He has extensive experience of over 25 years and was, until recently, the Chief Financial Officer and Operating Partner of Premji Invest. Before joining Premji Invest, Manoj was the Chief Financial Officer of Zensar Technologies and CEAT Limited. He has also spent 17 years at Wipro Ltd in various leadership capacities, including Chief Financial Officer of the BPO business, and head of Wipro Global Treasury and Investor Relations.
Having been a Chief Financial Officer of publicly listed companies, Manoj has wide ranging experience in negotiating large multi-country contracts, driving operational and functional excellence to improve profitability, resource utilisation and risk management. At Wipro, he co-steered the BPO business with the Chief Executive Officer to make it one of the fastest and most profitable businesses in the industry. He also played a catalytic role along with other leaders in the demerger of Wipro’s non-IT businesses into a separate company called Wipro Enterprises.
A Chartered Accountant, Manoj is an avid photographer and a music lover. He kickstarts his day by jogging or cycling.
